It takes a friendly disposition and an outgoing personality to be a successful server. We train & staff servers who are not only well knowledgeable on mixing drinks, but can keep customers coming back for the customer service too! Barbacks A primary duty of the barback is to make sure the bartender has all the supplies needed to continually make drinks. They cut garnishes, fills olive and lemon trays, refills ice wells, restocks liquor bottles and much more. We emphasize the importance of the barbacks and their crucial role in maintaining a well operating bar and satisfied customers ManagersOur skilled managers know its important to keep customer happy so that they will keep buying drinks. We train our managers to keep you bar running without a hitch, Along with various duties we also stress: managing stock levels, figuring out staff rotas, enforcing health & safety rules and much more.
